I remember when Emily always being so loving and sweet. There was never a conversation we had without us laughing. She will be truly missed
I remember when Emily would make her comment. I enjoy them so much, always heart felt and down to earth.
I remember when Emily, learned that my middle is Ann. But I told her that I just like being Mary, my first name only. From that time on every time we would see each other she would said say "hey Mary Ann" , then she would laugh . Then we would kiss cheek to cheek. Just was a beautiful person to have as a friend.
I remember when Emily would give such delightful comments, I also remember her beautiful smile. Even if she wasn't feeling well she always had that smile. Such a sweet disposition. She will truly be missed in the Arlington Congregation's "symphony "
I remember when Emily made my first computer. We had so much fun.
I remember when Emily and I studied with the same teacher Rose Casey...Emily would say: "Claudia, do you remember when I was studying and came to the hall with that mini dress on? Claudia now don't you laugh!" We would both burst out in laughter! Then she would come to me and say: "Claudia, do you remember when I made that comment and I said I'm going to improvise"...then she'd say: Claudia, I don't know why I said that"...then we'd both laugh! We'll miss her humor and can't wait to laugh with her again in the new world!

I remember when Emily as at a gathering ( back yard) we all were line dancing , Emily didn't know all the steps so she would make wrong turn left, no turn right, so I always remember when she turned the wrong way, she would turn with a smile.
I remember when we would talk in the foyer of the hall, she would be leaving her meeting and I was on my way into mine. We gave each other a hug!
Emily loved her son. She was on of his cheerleaders. I sae her as she supported his shows. I'm sooo happy he married a woman beautiful, thoughtful, kind and loving as his mother was. Much love Matthew & Antoinette Washington
